Production Specification:
1. Seat and back sponge: Aluminum alloy mold is used for high-density cold foaming and setting with high-quality PU foam. The density of the sponge is 60KG/M3, and the density of the back sponge is 45KG/M3. With insulation, heat insulation, sound absorption, shock absorption, flame retardant, anti-static, good ventilation.
2. Seat and back inner plate: Bent by a high-quality splint, with a thickness of 10 mm
3. Seat and rubber shell: It is made of high quality PP (polypropylene) multi-element composite material by die casting and has a thickness of 3-6mm. The rubber shell has a sound-absorbing hole to effectively remove the environmental noise.
4. Return function: The spring and steel frame return structure is adopted in the seat, there is no fault, it is durable, fast and effective.
5. Armrest surface: Imported beech, thickness 29mm.
